ZUMBA is pure FUN, it's an efficient aerobic workout that you want and can do all day long! The program combines exotic LATIN MUSIC with SOUTH AMERICAN DANCE STEPS alternating with fast and slow rhythms. With every ZUMBA WORKOUT you will achieve maximum calorie consumption, burn fat and get your body in shape too!
Yoga
Each class consists of a creative flow of yoga postures. Every lesson is different and always a discovery. There is room for specific points of attention (eg hip openers, core stability, ...). Everything is possible so that you can discover new possibilities and new limits.
